Cruise control retrofit
If your car left the factory without cruise control, it is worth checking whether it can be added later. Depending on the car, that involves a lever or buttons on the steering wheel, the matching wiring and switching the function on in the engine management. If you often drive long distances on the highway, cruise control makes the trip more relaxed and helps you keep a steady speed. Your license plate lets us check whether it is possible on your car.
Towbar electrics
A towbar is only really usable once the electrical connection is right: the brake lights, turn signals and taillights of your trailer, travel trailer or bike rack have to do exactly what the car does. Many modern cars also need to know that something is hitched up, for example so the rear parking sensors switch off. That calls for a wiring kit made for your car, and sometimes coding. We take care of this electrical side of the towbar, and also track down the cause when the lights on your trailer or bike rack are not working properly.
Van and camper electronics
In a van or camper, the electrical system often has to do more than in an ordinary car, because you also work or stay in it. That might mean extra 12V and USB outlets, lighting in the cargo area or living space, or a reversing camera where the view to the rear is poor. What matters is that new equipment is properly fused and does not quietly drain the starter battery. You can also come to us with faults in the 12V system of your van or camper.
